Being unable to access your account can be frustrating when all you want to do is fly, but don't fret! Try these options to help you get back on track.
- Check you are using the same email address you used to create an account at the Threshold Store with. Search your inboxes for emails from our store, and find the one which has an account
- Check you are using the correct password
- Request a password reset on the login page, and change your password using the link in the email sent to you
If these steps did not help, there is a good chance you purchased one or more products in our store with a guest account. Due to a technical glitch, you may therefore be unable to access your account.
To get you back on track, you will need to get in touch with us through our Store to resolve the issue.
